Gearbox Manual & overdrive oil grade and specification.

In the process of changing the manual gearbox oil (later one with 4 syncro's) with overdrive what oil grade and specification is recommended. Is their a MB spec for this oil also that I can look for please. I tend to use Castrol on everything so I would check out their products.
I couldn't see a question for manual gearbox oil on the forum only auto box.

Any API GL4 SAE 90 from a reputable supplier. Mineral or synthetic will do for the full synchro box. Do not use GL5.

You can also use GL4 75W-90 or 80W-90 etc. Slightly easier gear change cold.
