Great work, well done! I look forward to when I start seeing such results on mine. Noticing the brackets used to mount the wood in place brings to mind that the ones holding the center switch board with the swivel bolts are mounted to the dash by two bolts on either side fixed in place. I noticed that they do not have round holes for the bolts, but square holes. Should there be any bush or anything?

Could you post a photo of the specific part you are referring to? I looked at my center console and do not see square holes anywhere.

It is the bracket holding the switch board.
