Re: screenwash pump
Try contacting Clint Watson at Etype21@hotmail.com or phone 07786992060. He breaks Jaguars and always has old stock in including a lot of S type parts.
Failing Clint try Rob Burston on 07710823453 or 01823400128. Same as Clint he breaks classic Jaguars and has 25 to 30 plus breaking at the moment. Mk2s, S Types, Mk7,8,9s and 10s. They are both in the south of England but can post.
If you updated your location in your personal details it would make it easier for us to recommend people to you as we have no idea if you are in this country (UK) or abroad as this is an international S Type forum.

Re: screenwash pump
if you are seeking a 2SJ OR 5SJ PUMP, don't waste the money. They just don't last. One of two Lucas parts that did not make it The other part is the tach clock.
Get a generic pump from any car or from a Series 3 XJ and connect the wires and the in-out hoses to it. Simple fix that lasts. Just disconnect the wires from the SJ pump and route the hoses to the new pump. Mount the pump near the glass or plastic jar, you can leave the original pump in place for looks.
Note that Lucas went from the 3 wire 2SJ to the 2 wire 5SJ. Same pump without the third wire. The 3rd wire was for an automatic 5-second water squirt which never seemed to work but burned the pump!
