Status Update on this S-Type. The auction was completed without the car being sold. We learned what the buyer seeks and will try to get the car sorted out.

From what I can see the two most noticeable short comings are the seat upholstery and the woodwork. Both expensive items to rectify but seat kits are available and the woodwork veneer looks in tact so might do with a good refinishing. (owner of another white disc wheeled S Type)
