Morning, Can you be a little more specific. I have replaced my servo for an upgraded unit but I am not sure what you mean by Hydraulic washers?

I presume you mean the servo slave cylinder rubbers/cup seal. It's covered in the WS Manual. It's not a pleasant job. I went for a Barratts refurbished exchange unit. Beautiful job. Looks new. If originality is not important to you there are cheaper alternatives offered.

To do the job properly you need to completely strip the unit, at least give the cylinder a light hone if it is not corroded beyond saving or requires sleeving. Replace all rubbers.

Attached to the servo there is a hydraulic cylinder. I would like to replace the seals, but can it be serviced, and is the seal kit available?

This is the late servo:

None of the Jag spares outlets show rebuild parts available any longer but they offer a rebuild service so they are getting them from somewhere. Suggest you contact Barratts, Martin Robey or David Manners & ask them where they source their rebuild parts.

I didn't call it slave cylinder because I asked for the kits around the main suppliers and when I refered to it as brake slave cylinder they could not understand me. They kept referring to clutch slave cylinder. As per diagram shown, it seems that the hydraulic cylinder must be dismounted from booster housing in order to remove washers from back side. To do that the diaphragm housing has to be opened because that is bolted from inside.
