Well, Thanks, if that is the case folks need to make it a regular routine to check the Private Messages function.

I believe the message stays in the outbox until read.

No, My message box is only 14% full. Can not determine what recipients box status is.

Could be two reasons for this. Either your message box is full and therefor it cannot store the message correctly to send it or the recipients inbox is full and they can't receive anymore messages.
Solution to the first is to delete messages in your own message box to free up space and to solve the second the admin need to increase the size or number of messages that can be held.
That is how I understand it anyway.

Private Messages function

Is the Private Messages (bar at top of screen next to my name) working correctly? I have composed and sent three message and they remain showing in the OUT BOX list on the far left of the screen. Does this indicate they were sent or not? Shouldn't they show up in the SENT MESSAGES list?
